Delivery & Returns



We keep it super simple here at Retro Kids when it comes to Delivery. Depending on where you are in the UK, you'll have the choice of 2-3 delivery methods, with a flat rate for each. No 'different price for size of parcel' just one price that covers it.

  • Standard Delivery  £4. With you in 3-5 Working Days
  • Tracked Delivery   £6. With you in 2-3 Working Days
  • Express Delivery  £10. With you in 1-2 Working Days, with Saturday option



Due to cost increases & increasing complexity post-Brexit, we've decided to pause International Shippings as we feel we can't fully provide the service we'd like to offer our customers. Hopefully this is something we'll review in the coming months & we'll keep you posted ! 



While we hope that you’re always delighted with your order, we understand that there are occasions you may want to return items.

A full refund is offered if, for any reason, you are not happy with your purchase.

To qualify for a full refund, it is imperative that you email us at within 7 working days of receiving your order to advise that you will be making a return.  You as the customer must bear the cost of returning the goods unless otherwise agreed.  

Returns must also be received within 30 days from the date you received your order, to qualify for a refund including original postage charges.  Please note, we are unable to provide a refund of the delivery charges when only part of your order is being cancelled.  We ask that the goods are returned to us intact and in a resaleable condition otherwise we will not be able to process your refund.

If, in an unfortunate and rare case, your order arrives faulty or was not what you ordered, you will be entitled to a full refund including postage costs to return the items back to us if we ask you to. We'll just need a photo as proof of damaged / faulty nature and we can then go ahead.
