We accept most major credit and debit cards securely online. Our online payments are handled by Stripe who process your card details through their secure gateway. We also accept Paypal. We do not accept American Express.

At Retro Kids we take the security of the payments and the confidentiality of information that you give us very seriously. You have the choice to pay by credit/debit card via Stripe or via Paypal. When you enter your card number to pay for your purchases, you transmit your banking data directly to either Stripe or Paypal which record them on their highly-protected servers. We never see or store your card data.

All personal details are processed via SSL secured https//: servers and you can see the padlock and our security certificate in the web address bar above.

Yes, if you place an order before 2 pm we can deliver in-stock items next day, please select Next Day delivery at checkout. This does not apply to any items which are made to order.

We use a combination of Royal Mail and courier service to deliver your items depending upon the size and weight of your order.

Once your goodies have been dispatched you will receive an automated email to confirm how this has been sent and tracking details if applicable. Please check your junk mail folder as sometimes our emails reach there! If you are concerned you have not received your parcel in the estimated timeframe, please get in touch and we will try our very best to help you. If, for any unfortunate reason, your goodies have still not arrived when you expected them to, you will be offered either a full refund or items resent subject to stock level. This will be initiated the day Royal Mail officially class your parcel as ‘lost’.

If you wish to cancel your order before you receive our confirmation email, please email cancel@retrokids.com with as much detail as possible about your order. If this email is received in time, we will not send the products to you and you will not be charged for the products that you ordered.

If you wish to cancel your order after you have received a confirmation email from us, you will need to wait until you receive the products and then follow our returns policy.

To be able to start collecting Retro Kids loyalty points, you must first register and create an account. Once you have completed the registration details you will automatically be able to start collecting on your first purchase to be used against any future orders.Retro Kids Loyalty points are very simple to understand.

  • For each £1 you spend you will earn 1 point.
  • Each point equates to 5p. For example, spend £100 and you can redeem £5.00 off your next purchase.
  • You can redeem the points at any time for a gift card.
  • In your Basket you can redeem your points by clicking the ‘Apply Discount’ button.
  • If an order is cancelled or refunded, your points will automatically be adjusted.
  • You can only redeem points against a brand new order; if you have an existing order and wish to add items you can not redeem your points against the ‘added’ items.

This means 20 points entitles you to a £1, 40 points gives you £2, 100 points gives you £5 and 200 points gives you a £10 voucher. You cannot use multiple vouchers in a single purchase, so if you want a larger discount you'll need to wait until you have enough points for the next voucher.

You also get 20 points every time you refer a friend that spends over £30. Simply click the "Earn Points" button to find out more.

Please note Retro Kids can cancel, withdraw or alter the scheme, or manually adjust any individual account, at any time.

A single gift voucher or code may be used in a purchase. This means you cannot use multiple loyalty scheme points codes.

The currency converter uses the Open Exchange Rate (https://openexchangerates.org/) to calculate the prices. These prices are calculated by the Open Exchange Rate, however it is important to note that the actual total amount that will be deducted from your account will be clearly displayed at the payment screen before you commit to making the purchase, depending on whichever payment option you have chosen.
