Retro Kids uses a system that allows customers to access a record of their stored personal information and their order history with us. Retro Kids DOES NOT store the credit card details for any of our customers – we use a third party payment gateway to help ensure the highest level of security for our customers. We use Paypal or the Cardsave payment gateway to take credit or debit card payments (Cardsave is part of WorldPay)
We make every effort to ensure that all data is held in a secure manner. We employ secure server technology to help prevent interception of data whilst it is being transmitted, and take the utmost care to ensure that our systems are protected from unauthorised entry.
Disclosure to Government: We are subject to UK law. We may be required to give information to legal authorities if they so request or if they have the proper authorisation such as a search warrant or court order.
We do not send random marketing emails to personal email addresses (spam). If you receive our newsletter in error there is the option to unsubscribe.
